The start of the biscuit-making process: Our dough preparation systems include dough mixers, dough feeders, dough laminators, rotary moulders, rotary cutters and sugar preparation equipment required for biscuit preparation.
This is the biscuit formation stage. Tunnel ovens are available in four configurations: direct gas-fired, forced convection, indirect and hybrid. Each oven configuration offers different fuel-efficiency characteristics and baking profiles.
Post-baking systems include cooling conveyor systems, with two, three or four tiers; magnetic biscuit stacking systems with star wheel and penny stack options; and package table conveyor systems.
For value-added biscuit products, we provide equipment for slug-packed biscuits (3D), canteen-packed biscuits (2D), family-packed biscuits (2D), pile-packed biscuits (2D) and secondary packaging (3D) applications.

Soni Engineering Works has been awarded the ZED Certificate by the Govt. of India. It signifies Zero Defect Zero Effect, a National Quality Certification awarded to manufacturing plants for achieving defined production quality criteria, while exhibiting a high degree of environmental responsibility.
The certification process consists of a formal assessment and periodic review; it is not self-declared. We are a registered exporter from India, enabling us to produce equipment for export with the appropriate supporting export documentation while remaining compliant with the requirements of International Trade.
