Soni Engineering Works’ production facility is located in Ambernath, Maharashtra, where we produce biscuit machines using our own raw materials through the entire manufacturing process right up to the end product. We don’t use third-party suppliers to build. At the time that a line needs parts – whether it is an auxiliary machine or a machine that requires modification, rebuilding, etc.- the facility that produced the original part is still open and producing the same parts as before, standing by you whenever you need assistance. From metal fabrication, forming, finishing, and assembly, everything is handled under one roof. Most of the time, stainless steel is the only material used in manufacturing. It is purchased to food-grade specifications prior to starting to fabricate the machines to ensure that the stainless steel possesses the level of corrosion resistance and cleanability required to provide reliable performance throughout their service life.
To manage precision in manufacturing and quality of the finished product, a small, tightly knit team of 11-25 personnel is employed at Soni Engineering Works. Each piece of the equipment is continually monitored by a qualified technician at every phase. All of our workers are long-term employees as opposed to a rotating pool of staff that has been trained to a mere minimum standard. Yes! Since all production occurs within Soni Engineering Works’ facility, a modification to a standard design will be accomplished by modifying the standard designs instead of using an external supply chain, resulting in reduced lead times as well as lower costs.
